This was an interesting job at a long standing customer of mine in chilworth , after access was installed all the woodwork was professionally cleaned to remove all road grim that had accumulated over the years. Then set about preparing the woodwork, repairing any rotten wood with wood rot and then filling, sanding etc, then applying 3 coats of Johnstone’s exterior opaque woodworks in brilliant white, starting on the dormers on the third level working down to ground level, garage block and doors and round the rear of the property the wooden conservatory which needed urgent repairs to bring it back an original state. 

The transformation was quite remarkable and rewarding to see the property refreshed for years to come .
